Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: August 3, 2026

This Policy applies to purchases made directly from POSDriven, operated by AGGREGATIVE VALUE SOLUTIONS AGGVAL LLC (AGGVAL). Purchases through a reseller, marketplace or third party are also subject to that seller’s terms.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally end access before the current paid billing period expires.

Unless required by law or stated in a written order, unused time is not prorated or refunded.

2. Refund eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. We will review refund requests involving:

• duplicate charges;
• charges caused by a verified billing error;
• unauthorized charges reported promptly; or
• failure to provide a paid Service where a refund is required by law or expressly promised in writing.

Submit the request within 14 days of the charge, with the account email, invoice or transaction reference and a brief explanation.

3. Trials

Where a trial is offered, the signup or order terms will state its duration and whether it converts to a paid subscription. If conversion is automatic, cancellation must be completed before the displayed trial end date to avoid the first charge.

4. Setup and professional services

Setup, configuration, customization, integration, data migration, training and other professional-service fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work begins, unless the applicable written proposal states otherwise.

Third-party licenses, payment-provider charges, fiscal-provider charges, domain fees, hardware and other externally committed costs are non-refundable once purchased or incurred, except where required by law or accepted for return by the relevant provider.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Cancellation does not excuse amounts already due.

6. How to request cancellation or a refund

Email contact@posdriven.com from the account email or include sufficient information to verify authority over the account.
